I now build accessible interfaces using HTML CSS and Javascript

Fabrizio Palladino UI Engineer

Fabrizio Palladino

I am an experienced UI Engineer and Front End Developer with a background in the humanities and management of publishing enterprises. This provides me with a distinctive perspective into common UI problems and greater insight into understanding semantic code.

1. Core Skills

Hand-code HTML and CSS to W3C standards and have a strong understanding of WCAG 2.0 and front-end best practices.

I always focus my attention on optimizing the architecture to ensure the most seamless and adapted user experience possible for all types of end-users.

Frameworks change every year, people don't.

  • HTML

Some of us can’t see color, confuse shapes and words, have poor hearing, the list goes on. But we all web users in our own right: connecting to internet, consuming information, producing information, and creating the market. And everything starts from a clean, semantic HTML

  • CSS

Pages are styled so they render correctly in different browsers (cross-browser), different operating systems (cross-platform) and different devices (cross-device), which requires careful planning on the side of the developer.

  • JS

Interaction is what we look for when publishing any web page. With an eye on performances

  • Front End Architecture

AKA how to keep everything together. How to structure the code so that developers can spend their time focusing on what really matters, not regressions and broken layouts. Front end architecture, design systems.

2. Work Experience

Rome 2014. I was twenty-nine when I started working under the generic job title: Web designer. It was my first work experience outside of either temping or developing wordpress websites for friends.

Many failures followed, but here there is, a selected list of experiences that made my seniority over the years, not only in coding, but in managing and work effectivly in any type of organization.

3. Referalls

Referrals aren't given easily. If you don't take the time to establish credibility, you're not going to get the referral. People have to get to know you. They have to feel comfortable with who you are and what you do, said Ivan Misner.

It was a pleasure to meet and work with Fabrizio. Innovative, creative, team player, humble, honest, easy going, fast learner (even in areas that are not the scope of its expertise), self-organising and proactive are few of the qualities I can use to qualify him.
